BEANS AND CORN PROCESSED IN CANNER

Raw-packed beans, very, very tasty -
This method is for the half litre jars
Fill the jar with beans and a few mushrooms
Add a pinch of lemon zest
Dash of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of garlic
Pepper as required.
Fill the jar with vegetable stock mixed in hot water and can for 30 minutes.
