CHAKALAKA CARROT PINEAPPLE SALAD

Ingredients:
1 x green, red, yellow pepper cut into thin strips and cut in half again
3 onions cut into half rings
1 pineapple cut into small blocks
1 tin of hot chackalaka
1 pkt chackalaka soup
1 kg carrots cut into rings but not small
250 ml water
160 ml oil
15 ml Worcester sauce
Salt and pepper
250 ml white vinegar
300 g sugar
Method:
Boil carrots till half cooked and drain
In a large pot add all ingredients except peppers , pineapple, carrots, onions
Allow the liquid to boil , stirring so soup does not make lumps
Add pineapple, onions and peppers and boil for 5 min.
Add the carrots and boil another 5 minutes.
Bottle in sterilized bottles
Note: I added 7 chillies to the sauce
