Chilli garlic paste
250g chillies (I used red chillies)
1/4 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
8 cloves of garlic
1 and a,half teaspoons of salt
Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth bottle and refrigerate.
Add to your marinades for that added heat or like me if u like your curries with a bit of sting then add as all :-)
