GREEN TOMATO AND CHILLY RELISH

6 green Plum tomatoes
2 Onions
3 green Chillies
Handful thyme
Handful parsley
100ml Vinegar
100ml White sugar
Blend in a blender with a cup of hot water
Place in pot and cook with vinegar and sugar.
Cook for 40mins.
Then add 2tbsp maizena cook out for a few mins and bottle
And I discovered that by pure accident that labels come off the bottles easier when you put the hot mixture in the bottles. It just peels off.
