PLUM AND APPLE JAM

1.5kg plums. I did not peel and left pips in
1.5kg apples peeled and cored
800ml water
Boil above for about 20 minutes till soft.
Add 2.5kg sugar.
Make sure sugar has dissolved totally before boiling.
Add 150ml lemon juice.
Boil till setting stage. Bottle in sterilized bottles.
Enjoy
