ROSY RADISH RELISH

'N mens plant altyd radyse en weet dan nie wat om daarmee te maak nie. Ek het op hierdie interresante resep afgekom en glo my dit is heerlik , ek het reeds weer radyse geplant.
Ingredients:
3 cups Radishes
2 large ribs Celery
1 1/2 large red onion
2 teespoons salt
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon Mustard seed
1 cup Vinegar
2 Tablespoons prepared Horseradish
2 teespoons Dill seed
1/2 teespoon Celery seed
Method:
To prepare , put Radishes , onion and Celery through a grinder or chop them into fine pieces.
After grinding , mix with other ingredients and allow to stand for 3 hours.
Bring to a boil in a large pan and cook for 10 minutes. Pour into hot jars leaving half an inch headspace. Adjust lids and process 1/2 pints and pints in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
Ek kon nie die mosterd saad , dill saad en "horseradish " by ons kry nie toe gooi ek 1 teelepel mosterdpoeier en 1 eetlepel "picklingspice" in 'n dubbel mengsel.
Absoluut heerlik saam met worsbroodjies , hamburgers en enige vleis.
