INGREDIENTS
- 50 g full-cream smooth cream cheese with chives
- 30 ml mayonnaise
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml wholegrain mustard
- 30 ml pink, green or black peppercorns, crushed (bottled)
- 125 ml grated biltong
- black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well, using a fork.
- Divide between jars and seal them.
- Serve with Portuguese bread or any other bread of your choice.
